A WoW Gold Making Guide - is an Essential Asset for those looking to leveling up their Enchanting skill

Enchanting Guide

Leveling up your Enchanting skill doesn’t come cheaply. The cost of buying skills and disenchanting all of your greens will send your gold stocks south faster than you can imagine. Unless you are absolutely loaded with serious…SERIOUS amounts of gold you will want to check out a Gold Making Guide to help keep you above that Enchanting poverty line you’ll be otherwise destined for.

Enchanting Guide Introduction

Enchanters have the ability to cast permanent improvements to weapons, armor and other items. Enchanters are able to do this via the use of special ingredients (dust, essences and shards) that are gathered when disenchanting magical items.

The better quality of item an Enchanter disenchants, the better quality of ingredients that can be gathered. As the magical item is destroyed during this disenchantment process you can imagine this would be very taxing on resources. Especially when you note you cannot not sell the dusts, essences or shards you get from disenchanted items to vendors. Depending upon the server you play on it could cost you up to 5000 gold to reach the top level (375) skill as an Enchanter. Hence, you really need a good Gold Making Technique to be an effective Enchanter.

How do I become an Enchanter? As you reda through this basic Enchanting guide you should get an understanding of the basics involved with Enchanting. Initially you will need to train with Enchanting Trainers. Depending upon your level of Enchanting trainers can be found in the following areas: You can train to five levels of Enchanting proficiency. Each has certain prerequisites that need to be met before you can train to the next level. Enchanting levels are as follows: Apprentice, Journeyman, Expert, Artisan, Master Enchanter.

Get Started

To be able to enchant an item, you will need to use ‘runed rods’. Regular Rods (that ultimately become runed Rods) are the only tool Enchanters will require. To obtain a runed rod you will need to enchant your regular rods. For example to obtain a ‘runed copper rod’ you will need to enchant a standard copper rod. You will ultimately require 5 different types of rods (copper, silver, golden, truesilver and arcanite). Rods are made by Blacksmiths (with the exception of the copper rod which can be bought from vendors).

Hopefully from reading this Enchanting Guide you will now have an understanding of the basics of Enchanting. - and hopefully are on the right path toward a level 300 (or above) Enchanter. Remember that the Enchanting skillset is one of the most taxing in terms of both time and resources although certainly be very rewarding.

Pick yourself up a decent gold making guide, get the resources sorted and start on your path of Enchanting.

Good Luck!
